What Can We Do For You?
Communications strategy
Connecting with people is critical. Whether you’re talking to customers or voters, business partners or the public, the impression you make, the message you send, and the story you tell is vital to the future success of your business, organization, or project. We will meet with you, assess your needs and goals through a collaborative process, determine strategies and channels, develop your communications gestalt, and broaden your horizons.
brand implementation
You’ve worked to develop a brand. That part is done. Now what? How do you implement your beautiful new graphics and concept? We can help you integrate the essence of your organization or business, across platforms, seamlessly. Your brand starts with your vision. Let us help you realize that vision and move you forward in the marketplace. Need help with brand development? We can support and guide that process too, with expert facilitators who can help you navigate the process in an efficient, cost-effective way.
message development
Every business, organization, and individual have stories to tell and messages to deliver. We help you do so in a compelling fashion, in a variety of mediums and platforms. We can be your voice.
writing & Editing
Writing is challenging. Writing about your company, organization, or project can be daunting. Your passion, energy, and commitment to your craft should burst through and touch your audience in a compelling way. We can help you find your voice and harness it to grow your client base and connect with your community. While you continue to do your work, let us be your voice to share that work with the world.
print collateral
From writing to editing to layout and graphics, we can develop print collateral that reflects your work and ideals. Whether you need brochures or flyers, sales sheets or presentation collateral, our team will work with you to assess your needs and produce the mix of print materials you need to succeed.
Policy & program development
Principal Allison Aurand has developed and successfully advocated for the passage of policy and legislation - from the beginning, as the spark of an idea, through the nuts-and-bolts of drafting legislation, to the final vote. Along the way, she has crafted the message, shepherded the piece of policy, and answered the tough questions.
With existing programs, Ms. Aurand has balanced the “30,000-foot view” against the practicalities of on-the-ground implementation, expanding and developing them into resilient, multi-faceted efforts that can withstand fluctuations in the political climate or community. Through strategic messaging, branding, and a commitment to service and success, Ms. Aurand brings together the full array of stakeholders to cement community support for the program and develop a common cause.
social media management
Social media has become a major component of everyday life - it’s a great way to broaden your audience and reach out into the world, but it can be overwhelming. We can create your social media profile or update and refresh it, and find, schedule, and post content to keep you connected while you go about your business. Need support in other areas of online communication? We can build and produce email newsletters and write (or re-write) your web content to keep it fresh and relevant.
event management
Whether it’s a product launch party for hundreds or a professional seminar for dozens, event planning is the key to success. Once you know that you want to host an event, our team can take over, coordinating everything from reserving the venue to marketing the event to closing the doors at the end of the evening.
public outreach strategies
We cut our teeth on public outreach work, advocating for programs and ideas in the non-profit sector. Our team can evaluate your project, program, or business, and identify ways you can build community support - and then help you execute a strategy for success. We take a long view of public outreach, assessing potential challenges and opportunities, drawing on years of experience navigating the process of issues advocacy from beginning to end - on issues that seldom have an existing broad constituency. Principal Allison Aurand has been intimately involved in or spearheaded the passage of two statewide farmland preservation programs, in two very politically divergent states; she has also successfully branded other programs and initiatives through targeted marketing, building not only the constituencies served but public support.
